Aero Nomad has become the first airline in Kyrgyzstan to introduce an in-flight entertainment (IFE) system aboard its aircraft. Passengers can access content in five languages — Kyrgyz, Russian, English, Hindi, and Urdu — by connecting their personal mobile devices to the aircraft’s internal Wi-Fi network.

The hardware for the IFE system was provided by India-based AeroHub, while Singapore’s Aeroplay supplies the content.

Aero Nomad operates two narrowbody Airbus A320ceo aircraft, flying from Kyrgyzstan’s capital, Bishkek, to India, China, Pakistan, Russia, and Uzbekistan. Starting October 31, the carrier will launch 8-hour flights from Bishkek to Phu Quoc, Vietnam.
